Each order is packaged with the utmost care to ensure shipping damage is avoided.
Shipments are normally made the same day or next business day. Domestic customers should allow 3-9 Business days for their shipment to arrive. International customers should allow a minimum of 14 business days excluding any customs processing. Depending upon the item and destination international shipments can require several weeks for delivery.
Domestic Shipping - Provided via UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post or Priority Flat Rate at our option. The carrier is selected based on best price and service for each individual shipment.
International Shipping - Contact us for international shipping charges prior to bidding
We're committed to 100% buyer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us for assistance. We may offer to exchange it for another product or provide a refund for the purchase price.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be returned in its original packaging. We cannot reimburse return shipping, or be responsible for damages or loss on return shipments.
